Blasters stared in a typical 4-4-2 and BFC in 4-3-3 with Dimas having more of a attacking role. The tactics from Kibu was again spot on. Kibu figured Ashique was BFC most dangerous outlet and played both Rahul, Prashant on the right wing to counter that. #YennumYellow

Also Kibu and his team has done brilliantly by turning BFC most potent weapon set pieces against them. BFC put more men forward for set pieces and kibu set his team to collect the ball in those situations and counter at pace. This resulted in our first goal. #YennumYellow

Playing a 4-4-2. Kibu allowed Hooper to play as a second striker which seems to suit him with Murray ahead using his pace centrally. Facundo played in the left wing and Rahul on the right. According to me our Front 4 worked really well throughout the game. #YennumYellow

However football is not all about attack. You have to defend also. If you gift the game to opposition, nothing can be done. I said last time around Kibu has to fix this defensive issues. It seems we haven't. I would say he still doesn't know who all are his best defenders. Nishu as LB is great. Nishu as RB not so much. If you are playing Prashant as RB then you have to play a competent RCB. Which Kone is not. Kone is good at last minute defending but his positioning is all wrong. Whenever Costa comes we have to bench Kone. Not good enough. Also the foreigners things comes into play so to start that Front 4. We have to start an indian CB. I don't know when ruathara became a CB. It seems he doesn't know also. And it was reflective in his performance. Gifted 2 goals. Positioning, awareness all wrong. #YennumYellow

I would go on to say that was the best game we have played in this season. And it was not a 4-2 game. Our individual mistakes made it to be. Credit to BFC for exploiting that. Am not going goal by goal as it is pretty evident who made mistakes for each goal. #YennumYellow

The only one I would say is the 3rd goal. Which needs some explaining. This is why I told you need a competent RCB if you are playing Prashant as RB. First time Prashant defends well makes ashique to go inside. Then he goes inside. #YennumYellow #isl

Kone should then step out to Righ side to be tight with ashique which he realises very late and ashique is free in space. And then everyone knows what happened. Fourth one if you are allowing Chethri with his height to head the ball in. Then there is a definite problem. I think there are building blocks there. Kibu is figuring out his team.
